Programs with a Purpose
Throughout the year, clients are invited to participate in a series of seasonal programs. These include: Easter Baskets of Love, School Supplies, Share Your Feast Thanksgiving, and Holiday Assistance Program.
Residents of Waukee Community School District are eligible to apply. Online registration is required.
JUNE – AUGUST
School Supplies
School supplies are available for children in grades kindergarten through high school in the Waukee Community School District. If you would like to participate in our 2024 School Supplies program you must complete the above online application AND provide identification for ALL household members, proof of income and address by 3:00pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
Online pre-registration is required.

Share Your Feast Thanksgiving
Each pre-packaged Thanksgiving box provides all the ingredients for a family to make a generous holiday meal. Items are based on availability.

Holiday Assistance Program
Our Holiday Assistance Program offers registered clients an opportunity to receive both a Christmas Food Box and Christmas Gifts For Kids.
The Christmas Food Box is pre-assembled and includes a variety of food and personal care items for an extra blessing during the Christmas season. Families in need of help with holiday gifts for their children must apply online.

Easter Baskets of Love
The Easter Baskets of Love program is an opportunity for your children to celebrate Easter and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Each basket is filled with traditional Easter goodies and small toys.
Children ages 2–12 will be eligible for Easter baskets.
NOTE: Basket items are available in the Food Pantry and are based on availability.
